A year ago, Team Leader and I spent the day making this
happen.Now we have this
It's nowhere near as fabulous as our house in NC, but this crazy government issue flat is our h.o.m.e.
It's funny how a strange foreign place can feel more like home than you expected...
It's funny how much can change in a year.

First off, congratulations on a year of blogging! It IS funny how things can change and our expectations can run from one end of the range to the other.
Moving to Europe will have its ups & downs, I'm sure. But it's a great adventure for all of you. I predict you'll settle in nicely and, in another year of so, be posting about how you wouldn't trade the experience for anything...
